‘선녀와 새우튀김’ 은 온갖 범죄가 미화된 한국 전래동화 ‘선녀와 나무꾼’을 패러디 한 작품입니다. 나무꾼이 새우튀김, 사슴이 연유 바게트로 배가 고픈 연유바게트가 새우 튀김의 누들 바에서 국수 한 그릇을 얻어 먹으며 이야기가 시작됩니다. 마지막에 하늘로 올라가지 못한 새우 튀김은 결국 매일 밤 가족이 그리워 달을 보다 닭이 되는데 이 모든 것을 지켜보던 연유바게트가 이를 바탕으로 컵라면을 개발해 백만장자가 된다는 결말로 끝을 맺습니다. 이 패러디를 통해 이야기에서 진정한 희생자가 누구인지 한번쯤 생각해보았으면 좋겠습니다. – 여성으로서 모든 것을 희생당한 선녀, 연유 바게트 에게 넘어가 범죄를 저지르고 닭이 된 새우튀김, 그들의 아이들, 배가 고팠던 연유 바게트, 자연 앞에서 아무 힘이 없는 요구르트 드론…
