This book was made in 2008 while I was attending School of Visual Arts' BFA Illustration program. I had three western roommates at that time, and one day we went to a sushi restaurant in Gramercy park. They were so excited, but didn't know how to eat sushi properly. I realized that I should make an instruction for American people and then this book was born for that reasons. 10 copies and all done by my hands using silkscreen. Mentor was David Sandlin.
